Here is the criminal complaint against Maria de la Luz Castillo, my ex mother in law. Roberto Magana lied to me about the status of this case. Roberto Magana lied about the case being accepted, moved to the investigation period and that Maria de la Luz Castillo had been served. It appears that Roberto Magana never even filed this complaint.
Here are photos of communications between Jaqueline Reyes Castillo and Roberto Magana Orozco working together to extort me. They both threatened me. They both were talking to eachother, which was illegal. Later Robert Magana Orozco would charge me 100,000 pesos saying that the money was for the ministerio publicos. It is possible that he shared this money with the ballerina Jaqueline Reyes Castillo. He has seen her in private at his office.

Roberto Magana Orozco extorted me for money with the false rape accusation. Roberto Magana Orozco showed me he was working with Bertha Marine Casillas from the women's justice center and said this money was for the minesterio publicos. I told Roberto Magana Orozco I wanted to denounce the the corruption and publicize it and then he told me that I was guilty of corruption and that I had better not.
For three years I tried to get the illegal bullets and gun cartridge remove from my house and entered into evidence. For three years I told Roberto Magana Orozco to do this. He kept lying and giving excuses.
Below is a picture of the bullets. These are 9mm bullets which are highly illegal. They still remain in my house. Here is a photo from the day I was released from jail. I have never touched these and they must have Jaqueline's fingerprints. After so much time I hope the fingerprints remain and I demand the courts to remove them from my house and fingerprint them.
Here is the amplification of the extortions charges which name Francisco JavierHernández, Enrique Vargas y Eduardo Mireles as the accused. These were given to Roberto Magana Orozco in person in Torreon. I gave Roberto Magana Orozco the evidence and he said he passed it to the court. Roberto Magana Orozco told me we had an audience October 21 2022 and then he stopped talking to me. On the day of October 21 2022 Roberto Magana Orozco told me that Jaqueline Reyes Castillo filed and emergency stoppage to prevent the court audience. This all appears to be a lie.
Here is proof of more extortion by Roberto Magana Orozco. Who is this friend of his who is a police commander in Matamoros and why did I have to pay him? Aren't police officers paid a salary by the government? Between Roberto Magana Orozco's threats and illegal acts, his wife Maria Concepcion Mendieta Santas being a judge, his illegal communication with Jaqueline Reyes Castillo and the minesterio publicos Yolanda de leon Garcia and Bertha Marine Casssilas I paid this extortion.
Here is the civil lawsuit against Jaqueline Reyes Castillo file with lawyer Roberto Magana Orozco and David Obed Salas Rios. Roberto Magana Orozco never answered any questions about this lawsuit and I believe he didn't file it.
Roberto Magana Orozco y Jaqueline Reyes Castillo worked together to extort me into giving a pardon for the attempted theft of my house and false documents. Upon asking him, Roberto Magana Orozco told me that I could re-open this lawsuit later because it was not a pardon but instead a desistimiento. This was another fraud commited by Roberto Magana Orozco.
Here is evidence of Roberto Magana Orozco having illegal meetings and communications with Jaqueline Reyes Castillo. If you notice the header from Whatsapp, you can see that Roberto Magana Orozco was deleting the proof of the crimes committed against me. This deletion of evidence by Roberto Magana Orozco is a serious crime in Coahuila. The penal code is shown here:

Here is an audio recoding that Roberto Magana Orozco sent to me. This appears to be an illegal audio recording of Jaqueline's lawyer. Be careful when talking with Roberto Magana Orozco or any of his associates! His wife is Judge Maria Conception Mendieta Santos and he makes illegal audio recordings and sends them to his clients! I ask the court to investigate who are the people talking in this recording. It is possible that this was another fraud committed by Roberto Magana Orozco and the two people in this audio recording.
Here is more evidence of Roberto Magaña Orozco working with Jaqueline Reyes Castillo to extort me. Notice the illegal conversations between them. Notice that Jaqueline Reyes Castillo was sending photos to Roberto Magaña Orozco. Notice that Roberto Magaña Orozco extorted me for money by falsely stating it was for other people.
