This notary had me sign a marital giving up rights to my house to Jaqueline Reyes Castillo. This was done with false statements and without an interpreter. Later after Jaqueline Reyes Castillo began to extort me with false rape accusations, This corrupt notary made an illegal presale of my house to Jaqueline Reyes Castillo.
Here is the presale of my house by Erik Rodríguez Huitrón to Jaqueline Reyes Castillo. I was not there and I never signed any document for this presale. Did they have a private meeting to make this presale? Maybe there was an exchange of professional services between Erik Rodríguez Huitrón and Jaqueline Reyes Castillo at this private meeting.

Roberto Magaña Orozco and I filed a lawsuit naming Francisco Javier Hernandez Favila and Erik Rodríguez Huitrón as defendants. Later, Roberto Magaña Orozco was actually talking with Francisco Javier Hernandez Favila about this lawsuit. Francisco Javier Hernandez Favila was the lawyer for Jaqueline Reyes Castillo with regards to the attack that happened at my house. Francisco Javier Hernandez Favila then came to my house harassing me and intimidating me with Catastro in the attempted theft of my house by Erik Rodríguez Huitrón and Jaqueline Reyes Castillo.
