My legal team and I went to the first civil court hearing against Jaqueline Reyes Castillo. Jaqueline Reyes Castillo did not appear and the court recognized her failure to appear, which is in my favor.
Judge María Concepción Mendieta Santos, wife of Roberto Magaña Orozco, came to my hearing in the civil court and was harassing and bothering me. I recorded this on video and filed a criminal complaint for threats against María Concepción Mendieta Santos.

I received threatening text messages and a phone call from an unregistered number in Texas. This man threatened me to stop my legal proceedings against Jaqueline Reyes Castillo and everyone in Mexico. They told me to get out of Mexico and stay away. I have indicating that this is Jaqueline Reyes Castillo's new boyfriend.
Bertha Marine Casillas has me blocked on facebook. She didn't message me saying if I'm wrong about her part in these crimes. She simply decided to block me.

I filed a local police report for the threatening and extortionate phone call from Jaqueline's boyfriend. I also filed a report with San Francisco FBI office. Due to the international bank to bank extortion from my bank in the US to the banks of David Obed Salas Ríos, Roberto Magaña Orozco, and Jaqueline Reyes Castillo. The threats from the Gang members in Los Angeles and Jaqueline's new boyfriend calling me from Texas are very helpful.

The FBI contacted me and told me they had called Jaqueline's boyfriend. He said the same stupid story that he provided protection for people in Texas and Los Angeles. By the end of the phone call he came to understand what's best and agreed he would not contact me.

The first thing I did was to back away and ask to be left alone. I did not know the two men standing beside the judge nor how the judge located me. I thought they were going to arrest me for the false rape accusation. The judge approached me again invading my personal space and was intimidating me. The others in the room surrounded the judge which allowed me to escape the room. I then began the video recording in which you can see my fingers shaking out of fear.

The damage to my life
Due to threats of burglary and false accusations, I am afraid to leave my house. I can't work or have a social life. I have become an alcoholic. I have spent a lot of money to improve the security of my home. I make sure that I have all my movements recorded with a camera system. When I leave my house, I wear a body camera. I have been hiding and paying extortion for three years. I have installed metal doors, metal bars and barbed wire for protection.
Why am I publicizing this corruption?
I have been extorted and threatened for three years. The threats to my life are both in Mexico and The United States. I have filed lawsuits correctly and in good faith. I am now seeing corrupt behavior again by the Ministerio Publicos and my lawsuits are being rejected.
I feel that Roberto Magana Orozco and his wife Maria Concepcion Mendieta Santos are using their positions to corrupt the courts into rejecting my lawsuits, despite having clear evidence of crimes.
I live every day in fear and in hiding. I have fear that Roberto Magana Orozco and the Minesterio Publicos will re-open the false rape accusations and send me to jail. I feel that I have to publicize this case for my protection.
